Welcome to Glim. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Glim applications, software, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), provided by NetAI LTD.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference), form a legally binding agreement ("Agreement") between you and NetAI LTD. By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with all of these terms, do not use our Services.
For convenience, we summarize key points below. The summary does not replace the full Terms.

These Terms are between you and NetAI LTD., Intershore Chambers, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands. The Services are provided under BVI law as set out below.
By creating an account, downloading our software, or using any part of the Services, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you accept on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the higher age required by your jurisdiction) to use the Services. Users aged 13–15 may only use the Services with parental/guardian consent and supervision.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice by reasonable means (e.g., in-app notice or website posting). Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
To access the Services, you must create an account using a valid email address. For simplicity and privacy, we use code-based login delivered to your registered email (no traditional password).
You are responsible for all activities under your account. Because access is linked to your email, you must keep your email account secure and up-to-date. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us at support@glim.cc immediately.
The Services are offered on an auto-renewing subscription basis (e.g., monthly or yearly). Current plans and prices are shown in-app.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Manage and cancel your subscription in the settings of the platform where you purchased (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Contacting Glim support does not cancel a store subscription on your behalf.
Purchases made through app stores are processed under the app store’s terms and privacy policies. Glim does not process refunds directly. Any refund request must be made to the app store and will be handled under its policies and applicable law.
We or the app stores may change subscription pricing. Price changes generally take effect at your next billing cycle and may be notified by the app store per its practices. If you do not agree to a change, cancel before renewal in your app store settings.
We may offer promotions (e.g., extended trials, discounts, referrals). Such offers may have additional terms and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Due to app store rules, certain rewards or credits may not apply to purchases made via app stores.
Displayed prices may exclude taxes or fees. Taxes and fees, where applicable, may be charged by the app store pursuant to its policies and your billing locale.
We use a “try-before-you-buy” model rather than a post-purchase money-back guarantee.
New subscription users may receive a one-time free trial as shown in-app. Trial length and eligibility may vary by platform and region. If you do not wish to continue, cancel in your app store settings before the trial ends to avoid charges.
You may cancel at any time in the app store account settings used for purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until then.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, all subscription payments are non-refundable once charged. For purchases through app stores, refund requests must be directed to and are handled exclusively by the applicable app store under its policies. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use Glim for your personal, non-commercial use on up to five (5) devices per account (as shown in-app).
You agree not to use the Services to violate law or third-party rights; transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; send spam; introduce malware; interfere with networks; conduct unauthorized access, port/vulnerability scanning, scraping that imposes unreasonable load; reverse-engineer except as permitted by law; resell or provide commercial access without our prior written consent; or abuse trials, promotions, or refunds. Violations may lead to suspension or termination without refund.
The Services may not be available in all countries due to legal or compliance reasons. We may restrict or disable access from certain locations. Notices of unsupported regions may be shown in-app. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.
You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national/resident of any embargoed or sanctioned country or a sanctioned party, and that you will comply with applicable export-control and sanctions laws (including U.S., EU, and UK rules). We may restrict access as required for compliance.
To obtain support, you may submit materials such as screenshots, logs, or textual descriptions. You represent you have the rights to share such materials and that they do not unlawfully include others’ personal data. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host and process such materials solely to provide support and improve the Services, retained only as necessary in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, and transferable license to use and commercialize such feedback without attribution or compensation.
We take privacy seriously and design our systems to minimize data collection. Details of what we collect (and do not collect), how we use information, retention periods, and user rights are set out in the Glim Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it carefully.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THEY WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR WORK WITH ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL NETAI LTD. OR ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO NETAI LTD. FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; YOUR RIGHTS MAY VARY.
The Services do not provide emergency calling or location services. Do not use the Services for life-support, medical, nuclear, aviation, or other high-risk environments where failure could lead to injury, death, or severe damage.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NetAI LTD. and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and NetAI LTD. agree to final and binding arbitration administered by the British Virgin Islands International Arbitration Centre (BVI IAC) under its rules, seated in Road Town, Tortola, BVI, unless we agree otherwise. YOU AND NETAI LTD. WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, to the extent permitted by law. This clause does not prevent you from bringing a claim in a competent small-claims court where permitted. Consumer law carve-out: If mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires a different forum or prohibits arbitration for certain claims, those requirements prevail. Opt-out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@glim.cc with your account email and a clear statement that you opt out.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and NetAI LTD. regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We may provide translations for convenience; in the event of any inconsistency, the English version controls.
Deleting your Glim account or stopping use does not cancel an app-store subscription. You must cancel auto-renewal in the app store account you used to purchase.
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, including changes in laws or policies, ISP or cloud outages, labor disputes, acts of God, or other force majeure events.
We may provide notices via in-app messaging, website postings, or email to your registered address. Electronic notices are deemed delivered when sent. Contact us at support@glim.cc (support) or legal@glim.cc (legal notices).
The Services and related content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, all rights are reserved. You may not use Glim trademarks or branding without our prior written permission. The Services may include third-party or open-source components subject to their respective licenses; your use of such components is governed by those licenses, which may be referenced in-app or on our website.
